Recommended concentration for medium machining is 4% to 6% (1:25 to 1:16 ratio); for heavy-duty machining it is 7% to 11% (1:14 to 1:9 ratio). For grinding operations maintain 4% to 5% (or 3-5% for fine finishing).
Always add the cutting oil concentrate slowly into water with continuous agitation/stirring to form an optimal milky white micro-emulsion.
Thoroughly drain and clean the machine sump and coolant delivery lines before charging with fresh emulsion to eliminate anaerobic bacteria.
Maintain the daily refractometer reading between 4% to 5% to preserve peak corrosion protection and anti-weld performance.
Supplied in 210 Litres heavy-duty steel barrels, 35 Litres Jerry cans, and 20 Litres Pales.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Maximum temperature of the storage area should never exceed 70°C.
Extended shelf life when kept sealed in original containers. Keep barrels securely closed when not in use to avoid moisture contamination.
Avoid spillage when decanting. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after handling.
